Terms of service.
Deposit: A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. All deposits are nonrefundable.
Cancellation: A 48-hour cancellation notice is required. Failure to provide notice will result in the full service fee being charged.
Rescheduling: A 24-hour notice is needed to reschedule an appointment.
Late Arrivals:
A 20-minute grace period is allotted for late arrivals.
Late arrivals between 21 minutes to 1 hour will incur a $30 late fee.
Arrivals after 1 hour will result in automatic cancellation and will be charged the full service fee.
Accompaniment: Clients may be accompanied by one additional person during the service.
Hair Services:
Hair is included for all services and will consist of natural colors.
Custom color requests are available for an additional fee, based on the color length and quality (e.g., synthetic or human hair).
Consultation Policy: A consultation is required prior to booking your first appointment to ensure we understand your needs and provide the best possible service. Consultations can be conducted via video chat or in person at your convenience. This step allows us to discuss your desired style, assess your hair, and answer any questions you may have.
